MyHealthChecked PLC (AIM: MHC), the consumer home-testing healthcare company, announces that Nicholas Edwards, Chief Financial Officer will leave the business on 31 July 2023. Non-Executive Director Lesley Innes FCA, a qualified chartered accountant, will take over Board responsibility for the Company’s Finance function.

Penny McCormick, Chief Executive Officer of MyHealthChecked, said: I would like to thank Nick for the role he has played in the past 15 months at MyHealthChecked. In Lesley we have a highly skilled qualified accountant with significant PLC experience who will provide financial leadership moving forward.

“As we focus on a growth drive of our new Wellness portfolio, we will continue to review our commercial investments alongside our operational cost base to ensure that we retain a strong cash position.
