Registration for MyHealthChecked's tests demonstrate compliance with national standards

MyHealthChecked PLC (AIM: MHC), the consumer home-testing healthcare company, announces that it has received a Notice of Decision confirming that MyHealthChecked is now registered with the Healthcare Inspectorate Wales ('HIW'). To achieve this status, MyHealthChecked has gone through a rigorous process to ensure that all of the Company's processes are compliant with national regulatory standards in Wales in relation to oversight of test results, and the provision of phlebotomy services.

Healthcare Inspectorate Wales (https://www.hiw.org.uk/) is the independent inspector and regulator of all healthcare in Wales (NHS and independent healthcare providers). Being registered with HIW provides MyHealthChecked's customers with assurance that the Company is performing to the highest standards of compliance, as agreed by an organisation that is independent, fair and evidence driven, and committed to taking action to improve poor standards, whilst also recognising good practice. It also provides confidence to MyHealthChecked customers that the Company is independently regulated and will provide safe, timely and good quality care and the needs of customers are prioritised.

Registration with HIW is essential for MyHealthChecked to provide doctor oversight for MyHealthChecked blood and blood/urine tests, as well as enabling it to offer phlebotomy services through B2B retail partners. The Registration covers all the tests in MyHealthChecked's new product portfolio.
