Issue of equity/PDMR Dealing

MyHealthChecked plc (AIM:MHC), the consumer home-testing healthcare company, reports it has today allotted 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("New Ordinary Shares").
2,500,000 of these shares were allotted following the exercise of options by a former director of the Company.
The consideration for the exercise of the New Ordinary Shares is £20,000 in cash.
A further 500,000 shares were allotted to Penny McCormick, Chief Executive, in lieu of her 2020 bonus of £17,500 at an issue price of 3.5 pence, being the mid-market price at close of business on 28 July 2021.
The New Ordinary Shares were allotted on 29 July 2021. Application will be made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). Admission is expected to be on or about 4 August 2021. These shares will rank pari passu with the ordinary shares of the Company in issue.
Total voting rights
For the purposes of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the issued ordinary share capital of the Company following Admission will consist of 756,088,967 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") with voting rights attached (one vote per Ordinary Share). There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. This total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the DTRs.
In addition, on 29 July 2021 the Company issued the following options over new Ordinary Shares as set out below, at an exercise price of 3.5 pence per Ordinary Share, being the mid-market price at close of business on 28 July 2021.
