Further to the announcement of 29 January 2021, MyHealthChecked plc (AIM: MHC), the consumer home-testing healthcare company, confirms it has today posted a circular to shareholders, which explains the background to and reasons for the Fundraising. The Circular contains the Notice of General Meeting to be held on 18 February 2021.
